As part of our rug cleaning service we offer free pick-up and delivery. Whilst visiting your home or business to inspect and assess the rug`s condition, our experienced technician will give you a time and cost estimate for the rug treatment. On average, off-site area rug cleaning takes between five to seven days to be completed. Initially the rug is closely inspected for stains and an appropriate cleaning process is chosen.
Both the back and front of the rug are dusted and deep suction is applied to remove deeply embedded debris that conventional vacuum cleaners are unable to reach.
Before beginning the cleaning process, stubborn stains and pet spills receive a special preheated treatment to dissolve and remove the offending material.
Fringes on the rugs are cleaned by hand to ensure that each strand is thoroughly cleaned up to the border of the carpet.
During the steam cleaning and rinsing phase a further organic cleaning solution is added. At this stage in the process, both the back and front of the rug are cleaned to allow the solution to penetrate deep into the rug fibers.
Once the cleaning process is complete, the technician goes over the rug with a special hand tool to restore its texture and softness.
The rug is thoroughly dried quickly by using a special drying process. This preserves its fiber strength and maintains its clean appearance and fresh odor.
Once the rug is dry, if the customer wishes, a protective solution such as Scotch Guard or an Antimicrobial treatment can be applied. This helps prevent further staining which could harm the fibers in your rug.
Finally, the rug undergoes one further inspection to ensure it is returned to you in perfect condition. It is then securely wrapped and packaged and delivered safely back to your home or business.
On arrival, our technician will reinstall your freshly cleaned rug.
